Michele Barry has called Scottsdale home since 1983. She earned her real estate license in 2017 and has spent years buying, renovating, and reselling properties alongside her husband Ray — giving her a genuine, ground-level understanding of what moves a home and what holds one back. Jennifer Boyer

Jennifer Boyer was born in Tucson and has made Scottsdale her home for thirty years. As the founder of Sugar Bean Jewelry — carried by Four Seasons, The Phoenician, The Biltmore, and Nordstrom for over two decades — she has spent her career operating at the intersection of design and the luxury market. That eye for what resonates with discerning buyers informed a natural transition into helping agents prepare homes for sale, work that led her to obtain her Arizona real estate license in 2023.

Jennifer strength is in presentation — helping sellers see their home through a buyer's eyes and helping buyers see a property's potential. She joined forces with Michele in 2026 to build something neither could do as well alone. She is a mother, a longtime Scottsdale resident, and someone who approaches every client relationship with genuine warmth and unhurried attention.
