About Us

A Lifetime of Roots in Scottsdale.

Michele Barry and Jennifer Boyer met in 2006 through their sons at Sonoran Sky Elementary School. Nearly twenty years later — after careers built separately in real estate and luxury design — they've joined forces. What they bring to every transaction is what this market deserves: deep Scottsdale roots, complementary skills, and the kind of calm, ethical professionalism that only comes from people who genuinely care about the outcome.

Michele Barry

Four Decades of Scottsdale. A Career Built on Trust.

Michele Barry has called Scottsdale home since 1983. She earned her real estate license in 2017 and has spent years buying, renovating, and reselling properties alongside her husband Ray — giving her a genuine, ground-level understanding of what moves a home and what holds one back. Her knowledge of this market isn't academic. It's lived.

Michele's practice has always been rooted in relationships — friends, family, and the networks that grow when people trust you completely. As a mother, grandmother, and forty-year member of this community, she brings patience, honesty, and calm to every transaction. Her clients don't feel like clients for long.

Jennifer Boyer

Jennifer Boyer was born in Tucson and has made Scottsdale her home for thirty years. As the founder of Sugar Bean Jewelry — carried by Four Seasons, The Phoenician, The Biltmore, and Nordstrom for over two decades — she has spent her career operating at the intersection of design and the luxury market. That eye for what resonates with discerning buyers informed a natural transition into helping agents prepare homes for sale, work that led her to obtain her Arizona real estate license in 2023.

Jennifer strength is in presentation — helping sellers see their home through a buyer's eyes and helping buyers see a property's potential. She joined forces with Michele in 2026 to build something neither could do as well alone. She is a mother, a longtime Scottsdale resident, and someone who approaches every client relationship with genuine warmth and unhurried attention.
